Positive: Excellent Location and walkable distance to all attractions and restaurants.
Negative: Room cleanliness was pathetic especially bathrooms as they were quite tiny and not maintained. Very limited breakfast options and extra charge for parking.

Positive: The location of the hotel is the only plus of this hotel.
Negative: dirty sheets with traces of either blood or something else, and this was on both beds. the water in the sink did not drain, so it was constantly dirty. the shower stall was all in hair. the impression that the rooms are not cleaned at all. unfortunately there is no photo, but the room we lived in was 107. and yes, there is also the smell of sewage.
Summary: In short, I'm unlikely to return to this hotel.

Positive: Great location! Just a hop skip and a jump from Niagara Falls view we could even see the Canadian skyline from our fourth floor window. The staff was friendly and the pillows were the most comfortable pillows ever great experience overall.
